1. Who we are and what this policy covers

ISPEEDTOLEAD INC, a Delaware corporation (“iSpeedToLead,” “we,” “us”), operates this partnership website and its partner application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the website, complete an application or communicate with us about becoming a provider or media-buying partner.

Business contact information can be personal information even when you submit it on behalf of a company. This policy covers applicant information, not the separate collection and sale of homeowner leads in the investor marketplace. Marketplace services have their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Our registered address is 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Sussex, DE 19958, USA. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@ispeedtolead.net.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide in the application and in related communications. Depending on your partnership type, this includes:

  • Business and contact details: your name, role, company, email address, phone number, business location and website.
  • Professional and operational information: experience, lead sources or advertising platforms, markets, volumes, team structure, qualification practices, delivery methods and proposed partnership needs.
  • Work examples and explanations: public or redacted links, campaign examples, case studies and the answers you write about your processes.
  • Application records: an application identifier, submission time and records of our review and communications with you.

We receive this information directly from you. We may also review the public business websites or work examples you provide. Please ensure you have permission to share any information about other people.

Required questions are needed to review the application; optional questions are marked. You can browse the landing page without applying. If you leave required information out, you may be unable to submit your application.

We do not request Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card details, passwords, access keys or private homeowner records in this application. Use redacted examples rather than homeowner contact details or private call recordings.

Our hosting and infrastructure services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps and security logs when delivering and protecting the website.

3. How and why we use information

We use applicant information to:

  • Review your business, experience, proposed lead sources or campaign capabilities and potential partnership fit.
  • Contact you about your application, ask follow-up questions and arrange next steps.
  • Maintain an application register, prevent duplicate submissions and keep operational records.
  • Operate, troubleshoot and secure the website and application service.
  • Respond to privacy requests, meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Submitting an application does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or provide consent to automated marketing calls or texts. Application decisions are reviewed by our partnership team; this form does not make an automated approval decision about you.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a potential business relationship, our legitimate interests in reviewing and managing partnerships and protecting our services, and applicable legal obligations. If a particular activity requires consent, we will request it separately. You can withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Who receives information

Our partnership team and other personnel who need the information for the purposes above may access application records. Service providers help us host, store and manage those records:

  • Zeabur: hosting and backend infrastructure, including the application database.
  • Google: Google Sheets used as an operational application register.

The submitted application is stored in our backend database, and an operational copy is delivered to our Google Sheets register. We may use other service providers for necessary infrastructure, security or support; they may process information for their service to us rather than for an independent advertising purpose.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers; when required by law, court order or a lawful government request; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We do not sell the contact details or free-text answers in partner applications. If you allow optional advertising tracking and it is enabled, Google and Meta may receive website activity and advertising identifiers to measure and personalize campaigns. You can reject this tracking or withdraw permission using Cookie settings. This website is separate from the homeowner-lead marketplace.

5. Browser storage, cookies and analytics

The application uses session storage in your browser tab to save your draft answers, current step and submission identifier. Draft answers are not sent to our application backend until you submit. The draft is removed when a submission is confirmed or you start a new application. Browsers can restore tab sessions, so do not rely on closing a tab to remove information from a shared device; clear the browser’s site data when needed.

We use session storage to avoid counting the same confirmed application more than once. When website measurement is enabled, events describe page visits, application stages, selected partnership type, button clicks and successful applications. They exclude your name, email address, phone number, company and free-text answers. The application identifier is not sent to Google Analytics; with advertising permission it can help Google Ads or Meta avoid duplicate conversion counts when those integrations are enabled.

Analytics cookies and advertising cookies are off until you allow them. Before a choice, Google Tag Manager can load Google tags with cookies denied. Google receives limited activity measurements without analytics or advertising cookies, including page and campaign context, browser and device information and network information such as IP addresses. This is still an exchange of data with Google and is not a promise of complete anonymity. Google Consent Mode adjusts collection and use according to your cookie choices; limited measurements may support aggregate reporting and conversion modeling.

Cookie settings lets you allow analytics cookies separately from advertising cookies, Meta tracking and personalized advertising. Saving settings with both cookie options off keeps limited Google measurement on. Reject optional on the banner or in Cookie settings stops optional measurement and unloads Google tags by reloading the page; your saved application draft is retained. We do not replay actions or applications that occurred while measurement was turned off. Meta tracking is not loaded without advertising permission. Cookie grants and cookie withdrawals update Google in place; submitting an application does not grant either cookie permission or subscribe you to marketing.

We store your choices locally in your browser (normally for up to 180 days). With analytics or advertising permission, we keep allowed campaign identifiers, an entry page and a referring hostname in tab-session storage (normally capped at 24 hours). Advertising click identifiers are kept only with advertising permission. Without these permissions, sanitized campaign context from the current page may be used transiently for limited measurement and is not persisted as a source record. The permitted source snapshot is sent with a submitted application and stored separately from your questionnaire answers in our application database. It is not added to the current Google Sheets register. Browser storage limits may be configured differently; your draft uses necessary session storage regardless of optional tracking choices.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to review and follow up on an application, manage a resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or dispute-related requirements. Retention depends on the purpose, sensitivity, ongoing relationship and applicable obligations; we do not apply one fixed retention period to every record.

If you want us to stop considering an application or delete applicant information, contact us using the details below. We assess requests under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, recordkeeping or legal claims, and copies in backups may remain until replaced or removed under the relevant backup process.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information. No website, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep sensitive third-party records out of application answers and linked work examples.

7. International processing

iSpeedToLead is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, those requirements apply to our handling of your information. Contact us if you need information about the processing of your application or the safeguards applicable to it.

8. Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, obtain a copy, request deletion or restrict processing. You may also have a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Send requests to support@ispeedtolead.net with enough information to identify your application, such as the email address you used or application identifier. Do not email passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically explain a secure, necessary verification method. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before acting.

We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or refusal. You may have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contacting us does not limit that right.

9. California privacy information

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our processing, California residents may request to know and access their personal information, correct it, delete it and receive a portable copy, subject to legal exceptions. You may use an authorized agent, with appropriate verification, and will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights.

The categories collected through this application are identifiers and contact details, professional or business-related information, information you provide in communications or work examples, and technical or internet-activity information associated with delivering and securing the website. The sources, purposes and categories of recipients are described above. We do not request sensitive personal information for this application.

Optional advertising tracking, when enabled and allowed, may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Reject the advertising choice or withdraw it using Cookie settings. We honor the browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional advertising off. Rights relating to limiting sensitive-information use apply where required by law. Submit a request or ask about an applicable choice at support@ispeedtolead.net.

10. Age limits, external links and changes

This partnership application is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect applicant information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can address it.

External websites, including work-example links, have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control them.

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
