1. About these terms
These Website & Application Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the iSpeedToLead partnership website and partner application. The website is operated by ISPEEDTOLEAD INC, a Delaware corporation (“iSpeedToLead,” “we,” “us”), with a registered address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Sussex, DE 19958, USA.
By using this website or submitting a partner application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an application. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle applicant information.
These Terms cover website use and the application process. They are not a supplier agreement, a purchase order or the terms for buying leads in the investor marketplace. Those services and any approved partnership are governed by their separately agreed terms.
2. Who may apply
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a business relationship. If you apply on behalf of a company or team, you must be authorized to provide its information and act on its behalf.
Use accurate contact details and describe your business, sources, experience, markets and processes honestly. Tell our partnership team if a material detail changes while your application is being considered. Do not impersonate another person or business.
3. Application review and next steps
The application helps us evaluate potential lead-supply and media-buying partnerships. Our partnership team reviews submissions and may contact you for clarification, additional information or an onboarding discussion.
Submitting an application, receiving a confirmation or discussing possible terms does not approve a partnership, commit either party to work together or create a right to payment. We do not guarantee approval, a response time, lead purchases, revenue or a particular business outcome.
Any approved partnership requires a separate agreement on responsibilities, lead requirements, delivery, compensation and other applicable terms before operations begin. Revenue Share, Pay Per Lead and payout information on the website describe possible partnership arrangements; your specific rights and obligations follow the agreement made with you.
This partner application is not a homeowner-lead delivery form. Do not submit live homeowner leads or begin lead delivery through it. Your provider manager will confirm the appropriate integration or submission method during onboarding.
4. Information and work examples you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers and for having permission to share any materials or links you provide. Submit public or redacted work examples. Do not include homeowner contact details, private call recordings, passwords, access keys, bank information or other sensitive records in this application.
If further examples or verification are needed, arrange a suitable method with your provider manager rather than placing private records in the initial form. Any lead collection or subsequent delivery must comply with applicable laws and the separately agreed partnership requirements, including necessary permissions and lawful sourcing.
You retain ownership of your materials. By submitting them, you give us permission to access, store and review them, and to make necessary internal copies for evaluating and following up on your application. This permission is limited to the application and related business discussion; it does not transfer ownership or authorize public marketing use of your materials.
Our handling of personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not need, and this form does not ask for, a blanket consent to unrelated marketing or automated marketing calls or texts.
5. Acceptable use
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not:
- Submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful information, or materials that violate another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, application records, infrastructure or another person’s information.
- Introduce malware, disrupt availability, evade security measures or overload the service.
- Use automated submissions to send spam, repeatedly submit fraudulent applications or interfere with the review process.
- Copy or misuse the website or its branding in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights or falsely suggests our endorsement.
We may limit access or decline or remove submissions where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect security or comply with law.
6. Website content and third-party links
The website’s design, text, branding, graphics and software belong to iSpeedToLead or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website to learn about partnerships and complete an application. These Terms do not grant ownership of our branding or a right to reproduce the website for a competing or misleading purpose.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or to support your application. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean we endorse the external service.
7. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the website and application available, but they may be interrupted, changed or affected by technical errors. Draft storage in your browser is a convenience and is not a guarantee that answers will always be preserved. Review the confirmation after submitting; if you cannot confirm receipt, follow the application’s retry instructions or contact us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness or suitability for a particular business purpose. General website content does not replace the specific agreement for a partnership.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, subject to any mandatory protections or rights that apply to you under another applicable law.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A separate partnership agreement may contain its own dispute provisions.
9. Changes and general provisions
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Updates apply prospectively; they do not change a separately signed partnership agreement or retroactively change an application commitment without a lawful basis. We will provide additional notice where required.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms do not create an agency, employment, joint venture or approved supplier relationship merely because you visit the website or apply.
